We systematically send out surveys to parents to offer a forum for families to express the effectiveness of The I care program. This allows us a formal gauge to see how we are performing. The following information was garnered from our recent 2008 satisfaction survey. Over the years our ratings have never been below 92%, and typically come in at 95%.
Our work, and our involvement with you is geared toward YOUR satisfaction. It IS YOUR CHILD AND FAMILY. We like to think we are specialists in customer service. We would like to say Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back. However, EI is a totally free service.
